Welcome to Tandm. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tandm mobile application ("App") and website at tandm.love ("Site"), operated by Tandm ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Tandm, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Tandm.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Tandm. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To use Tandm, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Tandm offers paid subscription plans: Premium ($8.99/month) and Pro ($14.99/month). Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and billing policies. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.
Tandm grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may use Tandm to connect with your partner, share content within the App, and access the features available under your subscription plan.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through Tandm, including messages, photos, and responses to daily questions ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it within the App solely to provide our services to you and your partner. We do not sell, share, or use your User Content for advertising purposes.
Tandm uses artificial intelligence to power features such as the AI Date Planner, AI Relationship Coach, and Argument Referee. These features are designed for informational and entertainment purposes only. AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice — whether medical, psychological, legal, or financial. You should not rely on AI-generated suggestions as a substitute for professional counseling or therapy. We are not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on AI-generated content.
Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Tandm, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
All content, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software associated with Tandm are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the App without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Tandm is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Tandm is not a substitute for professional relationship counseling, therapy, or medical advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tandm and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Tandm shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tandm and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by email. Your continued use of Tandm after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Tandm for the use of the Tandm mobile application. By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a device that you own or control, strictly in accordance with these terms and any applicable Apple App Store terms.
You may not: (a) copy, modify, or distribute the App; (b) reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the App except as permitted by law; (c) rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App; (d) remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App; or (e) use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
The App and all rights, title, and interest therein are and shall remain the property of Tandm. This EULA does not grant you any ownership interest in the App.
The App may integrate with third-party services including but not limited to Apple Calendar (EventKit), Supabase, Firebase, and RevenueCat. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
This EULA is between you and Tandm, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any); beyond that, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property infringement. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tandm shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.
